HOW DO I REPAIR WOOD DAMAGE WITH EAZYFIX® FINE SURFACE FILLER?

The Premium Fine Surface Filler is suitable for quick repairs of minor damage and defects. For example, for filling and smoothing out cracks, holes and knots. Even when a wood repair is not completely smooth, you can use the Fine Surface Filler over the Wood Filler to remove all unevenness.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PREMIUM WOOD FILLER AND THE FINE SURFACE FILLER?

The Premium Wood Filler is really for those cases where the weather conditions have caused damage or wood rot. The movement in wood must also be handled by the Wood Filler after the repair. Otherwise the wood rot can arise again. The EAZYFIX® PREMIUM WOOD FILLER can handle these stresses, which means the repair can not crack. The EAZYFIX® Fine Surface Filler is for minor damage or unevenness that has arisen in other ways than tensions. These can be drill or nail holes, or dents in the wood. With the Fine Surface Filler you can finish all irregularities nicely and tightly. After overpainting you will not notice anything!

IS IT NECESSARY TO WEAR NITRILE GLOVES?

Yes, we strongly recommend this. Epoxy can cause epoxy allergy in skin contact with some people. That is why it is unwise to let Epoxy come into contact with the skin. Nitrile gloves offer good protection for this. Pay attention! Latex gloves do not offer good protection.

WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?

Wood filler: processing time after mixing: 20 – 25 min.

Fine Surface Filler: processing time after mixing: 7 – 10 min.
