Our Premium Wood Filler is made from epoxy. This keeps the repair elastic. In addition, it moves together with the wood. This ensures that the repair stays intact longer and that cracks are prevented.
Product Description
Wood rot can be fixed in four simple steps:
- Remove the rotten wood with the Wood Rot Cutter in combination with a multitool (minimum 30,000 rpm).
- Sand the wood fibres and reinforce the surface with Wood Hardener (let it soak in for 25 minutes and cover the remains).
- Mix the Wood Filler, apply it and sculpt it into the right shape.
- Clean the surface. After 4 hours you can sand and paint over the hardened wood filler.
This Wood Rot basic package contains:

- 1x Wood Filler: 150 ml
- 1x Wood Hardener: 13 ml per bottle
- 3x Mixing Cup: 6 x ø 6 cm
- 3x Disposable Brush (plastic): 19 cm x 1.5 cm
- 3x Wooden Mixing Stick: 13.5 cm x 0.5 cm
- 1x Wood Rot Cutter
Premium Wood Filler:
- Contents: 150 ml
- Dimensions: 26 x ø 5 cm
- First treat with EAZYFIX® Premium Wood Hardener for best results.
- 2 to 1 mixing ratio. More of the white component will come out of the tube.
- Application temperature: 0 – 30°C
- Repair thickness: 0 – 20 mm.
- Application time after mixing: 20 – 25 min.
- Curing time: 4 h at 20°C
- Average shelf life is 1.5 years (opening does not affect the shelf life).
- Tip! Are you sure you have enough Wood Filler? Measure the extent of the damage in centimetres: width x height x depth and divide by 150 (content of wood filler tube) = number of tubes of Wood Filler needed
Wood hardener:
- Contents: 13 ml component A (colour: blue); 13 ml component B (colour: transparent).
- Dimensions: 8 x ø 2 cm (per bottle).
- Purpose: ensures optimal adhesion of the Premium Wood Filler to the wood.
- Application temperature: 0 – 30°C
- Application time: 25 minutes
Wood Rot Cutter
- For thorough removal of wood rot
- Packaging dimensions: 16 x 16 x 80 mm
- To be used in combination with a multitool (minimum 30,000 rpm).
- Weight: 6.5 grams
- Diameter of the shaft: 3 mm
- Length: 44 mm
- Head diameter: 6 mm
