Our Premium Wood Filler is made from epoxy. This keeps the repair elastic. In addition, it moves together with the wood. This ensures that the repair stays intact longer and that cracks are prevented.

Product Description

First use the Wood Hardener (as primer/impregnate) and after that you have to use the Wood Filler. This ensures that the Wood Filler adheres strongly with the wood.

Premium Wood Filler:

  • Contents: 150 ml
  • Dimensions: 26 x ø 5 cm
  • For best results, first treat the wood with the EAZYFIX® Premium Wood Hardener.
  • 2 to 1 mixing ratio. More of the white component comes out of the tube.
  • Application temperature: 0 – 30°C
  • Repair thickness: 0 – 20 mm.
  • Application time after mixing: 20 – 25 min.
  • Curing time: 4 h at 20°C
  • Average shelf life is 1.5 years (opening does not affect shelf life).
  • Tip: are you sure you have enough Wood Filler? Measure the extent of the damage in centimetres: width x height x depth and divide by 180 (content of wood filler tube) = number of tubes of Wood Filler needed

Wood Hardener:

  • Contents: 13 ml component A (colour: blue); 13 ml component B (colour: transparent).
  • Dimensions: 8 x ø 2 cm (per bottle).
  • Purpose: ensures optimal adhesion of the Premium Wood Filler
  • Application temperature: 0 – 30°C
  • Operating time: 25 minutes

Accessories:

  • 3x Mixing Cup: 6 x ø 6 cm
  • 3x Disposable Brush (plastic): 19 x 1.5 cm
